Forest Bathing Workshop

Come join a special mindfulness workshop where we’ll participate in the sensory aspects of nature and give ourselves the chance to experience interconnectedness with other living beings. Allow the forest to reveal its own meanings to you through the unique ways in which the natural world ignites our imaginations. Please bring your own journal/pen and be prepared to walk a short distance.
