ReGeneration in Nature

Join us to practice mindfulness and connection with nature. Drawing upon the principles of “Deep Ecology”, instructors will be using a variety of modalities to build partnership and peace of mind with nature.  Among those practices include ecopsychology, mindfulness meditation, forest bathing and a variety of other activities that can refresh and enliven the spirit.  Give yourself a weekly “lift” by practicing mindfulness in a safe and welcoming group setting.  Beginner’s minds welcome!
