National Public Lands Day – Ralston Creek between Ward and Beech
September 23 @ 8:00 am - 10:30 am MDT

This site will focus on removing the Japanese Knotweed and Common Teasel that are growing along Ralston Creek. These are both invasive species that can ruin natural habitat. Be sure to join us for our post project celebration at Anderson Park in Wheat Ridge https://goo.gl/maps/jiBb3GGEig5uxu5u9. Volunteers will be treated to live music, free food from a handful of food trucks and beer for individuals 21 years of age and older. Volunteers arriving on foot or bike will receive an extra raffle ticket for a chance to win an amazing prize.
