Meditation in Nature

Adults, free. Join us for a mid-day mindfulness break in nature. During this guided meditation, various techniques will be used, including sound healing, shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), grounding, breath work, and mindfulness practice. Following the formal meditation is an opportunity to discuss your experience with trained facilitators and deepen your connection to the more than human community.
