Midday Meditation in Nature

Nature has a great deal to offer us in our meditation practice and in our chaotic and stressful world, quiet time in nature can rejuvenate, relax, and inspire. Take a midday break and join us for guided meditation in a natural setting. Jess Fangman, a certified Ecotherapy guide, will lead the group through various meditation techniques. May include sitting or walking meditations.
