Meditation and Mindfulness in Nature: Forest Bathing

Join us to practice mindfulness and connection with nature. Drawing upon the principles of “Deep Ecology”, instructors will be using a variety of modalities to build partnership and peace of mind with nature. This month will focus on forest bathing, with other practices including ecopsychology, mindfulness meditation, and a variety of other activities that can refresh and enliven the spirit. Give yourself a monthly “lift” by practicing mindfulness in a safe and welcoming group setting. Beginner’s minds welcome!
